Isaac E. Anyira
Librarian
Mr. Isaac E Anyira was the Ag Rector and CEO of the National Institute of Construction Technology and Management, Uromi. The position he assumed on the 26th of January, 2023 to April 2023. Before his appointment as the Ag. Rector, he was the Polytechnic Librarian since December 2021. He has previously served as a Lecturer in the Department of Library and Information Science, Delta State Polytechnic Ogwashi-Uku - 2018 -2021; Deputy University Librarian, Michael and Cecilia Ibru University Library, Agbarha Otor, Delta State in 2018 among other positions since 2005 when he started his professional practice. He is currently a PhD student in Unizik. He holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from same Unizik and a BSc. 2nd Class Hons. Upper Division from Delsu. He is a research specialist with over 18 years research experience. He is a Chartered Library and information Professional, renowned conference speaker, library management consultant, web content and accreditation consultant, mentor and a worker in God’s Vine Yard. He is a charismatic Leader and astute administrator and mentor. He is a member of the Editorial Board of University of Nebraska, Lincoln, USA’s Library Philosophy and Practice e-Journal. He is a well cited author with over 200 Citations and over 64 publications published in high impact factor journals in America, Europe, Asia, Africa, among other publications. His research interest includes library administration, smart libraries/artificial intelligence, automation, quality assurance, open access, search engine optimization, web content development etc. He is a Scopus indexed author with Scopus Author ID: 36458099100 /https://orcid.org/0000-0002-6821-0608.
